Business Administration Program

The Bachelor of Business Administration is a program developed to prepare business leaders and meet labor market needs. The program has been designed in accordance with a competency-based curriculum structure.
Program Mission
Provide competitive higher education in Business Administration within a supportive academic and learning environment; prepare business administration specialists with competitive capabilities and skills for the labor market; and provide research contributions and community services that contribute to achieving Saudi Vision 2030.
Program Goals
  1. Enhance the quality of teaching and learning, learning resources, facilities and equipment, and basic infrastructure.
  2. Provide students with the necessary support by improving academic, social, psychological, and career counseling services.
  3. Enhance the efficiency and professional and academic performance of faculty members.
  4. Equip graduates with foundational knowledge in the fields of business administration through:
    • Enabling them to use relevant technologies and providing them with basic research skills in the discipline.
    • Enhancing graduates’ critical-thinking, problem-solving, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
    • Raising graduates’ awareness of professional values and ethics, principles of professional conduct, and autonomy in practicing business administration professions.
  5. Contribute to the field of business administration by conducting high-quality research aligned with the priorities of the Colleges and the research priorities of the program, whether undertaken by faculty members or students.
  6. Contribute to serving the local community through initiatives, activities, programs, and non-profit specialized consultations.

  • Explain the contemporary financial, accounting, economic, legal, technological, and linguistic principles and foundations governing work in the business environment.
  • Analyze individual, group, and organizational behavior in accordance with fundamental theories in business administration.
  • Apply quantitative, analytical, technological, and management techniques to solve problems in the business environment.
  • Employ critical-thinking methods and skills to identify and evaluate scientific approaches and strategies when addressing challenges in the business environment.
