Admission Requirements
For the Executive Master Program in Business Management
Offered by Majmaah University
  • Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a Saudi university or another recognized institution. Degrees awarded by non-Saudi universities must be officially recognized through an equivalency certificate.
  • Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Financial Management, or Health Services and Hospital Administration.
  • Applicants whose bachelor's degrees are in disciplines other than those listed above are required to successfully complete the prescribed prerequisite (bridging) courses with a minimum grade of Good Plus in each course and a minimum overall GPA of Very Good across all prerequisite courses. This requirement is waived for applicants holding a Higher Diploma in one of the administrative sciences from a university or college recognized by the Ministry of Education.
  • Applicants must submit the results of the General Aptitude Test for University Graduates (valid if issued within the past five years).
  • Applicants must submit two academic letters of recommendation.
  • Admission decisions are based on the following weighted criteria:
    • Bachelor's cumulative GPA: 60%.
    • General Aptitude Test for University Graduates score: 40%.

  • Admission is competitive and based on comparative evaluation of applicants.
  • The program is accredited by the Ministry of Education.
  • The language of instruction is Arabic.
  • Classes are held on one weekend day (Friday or Saturday).
  • Graduates are awarded a graduation certificate accompanied by an official academic transcript issued by Majmaah University.

For the Executive Master Program in Construction Engineering and Management
Offered by Majmaah University
  • Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a Saudi university or another recognized institution. Degrees awarded by non-Saudi universities must be officially recognized through an equivalency certificate.
  • Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline relevant to the program.
  • Applicants must submit a valid English language proficiency test score (STEP, IELTS, or TOEFL). This requirement is waived for graduates of universities in English-speaking countries.
  • Applicants must submit the results of the General Aptitude Test for University Graduates (valid if issued within the past five years).
  • Applicants must submit two academic letters of recommendation.
  • Admission decisions are based on the following weighted criteria:
    • Bachelor's cumulative GPA: 60%.
    • The English Language Proficiency Test score: 20%.
    • General Aptitude Test for University Graduates score: 20%.

For the Executive Master Program in Internet of Things
First: General Admission Requirements
  • Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline from a Saudi university or another recognized international university. Holders of degrees from institutions outside Saudi Arabia must provide an official degree equivalency certificate issued by the Ministry of Education.
  • Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree in a computer or engineering-related field. Graduates from other relevant disciplines may also be considered for admission, subject to approval by the academic department.
  • Applicants must have obtained a minimum undergraduate GPA equivalent to a “Good” classification.
  • Applicants must achieve a minimum score of 67 on (STEP) or an equivalent English language qualification. This requirement is waived for applicants who earned their bachelor's degree from a university in an English-speaking country, such as: (the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, or Australia). The academic department may also waive this requirement and instead require applicants to successfully complete English language programs offered by the college's English Language Center.
  • Applicants must successfully pass a personal interview and any additional assessments required by the academic department.
  • Submission of two recommendation letters from faculty members who have previously taught the applicant is considered a competitive admission criterion.
  • The academic department may impose additional requirements for applicants whose undergraduate major differs from the program's primary field of study or whose undergraduate GPA is below the minimum preferred level. Admission in such cases will be conditional upon successful completion of these requirements. Any additional prerequisite courses or requirements will not be counted toward the total credit hours required for completion of the master's program.

Admission Requirements to Onaizah Colleges
For the Executive Master Program in Total Quality Management
  • The applicant must hold a bachelor's degree from a Saudi university or another recognized university.
  • The applicant must hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline within the College of Business or any other discipline approved by the College Council.
  • The applicant's undergraduate GPA must be no lower than Good.
  • The College Council may require supplementary courses if the applicant's specialization differs from the required field or if the applicant's grade is below Good; admission in such cases will be conditional upon successfully completing the required courses.
  • The applicant may be admitted outside their field of specialization subject to approval by the College Council.
  • The applicant must pass the personal interview and any examinations approved by the College Council, if applicable.
  • The applicant must fulfill the general requirements of the colleges and the program.
Admission Requirements to Onaizah Colleges
For the Executive Master Program in Governance and General Policies
  • The applicant must have a scientific or technical bachelor's degree from a Saudi university or a recognized international university, with an equivalency certificate from the Ministry of Education attached.
  • The applicant must have a bachelor's degree in the College of Business or the College of Law or any other specialization that the department deems appropriate.
  • The student's grade in the bachelor's stage must not be less than good.
  • Passing the English language test (STEP) or its equivalent. (Distinctive condition)
  • Passing the personal interview and any tests deemed by the department, if any.
  • Obtaining two recommendations from professors who previously taught the student is a distinctive condition.
  • The academic department may include supplementary courses if the student's specialization in the bachelor's degree is different or his grade is less than good, and acceptance is conditional on passing the courses, and these supplementary course hours are not counted as part of the total credit hours required to complete the master's program.
Admission Requirements to Onaizah Colleges
For the Executive Master Program in Supply Chain Management and Logistics
  • The applicant must have a scientific or technical bachelor's degree from a Saudi university or a recognized international university, with an equivalency certificate from the Ministry of Education attached.
  • The applicant must have a bachelor's degree from the colleges of engineering, economics, computer science, business, or any other specialization that the department deems appropriate.
  • The student's grade in the bachelor's stage must not be less than good.
  • Passing the English language test (STEP) or its equivalent. (Distinctive condition)
  • Passing the personal interview and any tests deemed by the department, if any.
  • Obtaining two recommendations from professors who previously taught the student is a distinctive condition.
  • The academic department may include supplementary courses if the student's specialization in the bachelor's degree is different or his grade is less than good, and acceptance is conditional on passing the courses, and these supplementary course hours are not counted as part of the total credit hours required to complete the master's program.
Admission Requirements to Onaizah Colleges
For the Executive Master Program in Engineering Management
  • The applicant must have a scientific or technical bachelor's degree from a Saudi university or a recognized international university, with an equivalency certificate from the Ministry of Education attached.
  • The applicant must have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or other engineering or architectural specializations. Graduates of computer programs and management programs are also accepted into the program, with the addition of supplementary materials if the department deems it necessary for the applicant to study them.
  • The student's grade in the bachelor's stage must not be less than good.
  • The applicant must obtain a score of (STEP 67) or its equivalent. Those who have a bachelor's degree from a university in an English-speaking country such as (America, Britain, Canada, Australia) are exempt from this condition. The scientific department may also exempt from this and require passing a degree in one of the English language programs at the English Language Center in the colleges.
  • Passing the personal interview and any tests deemed by the department, if any.
  • Obtaining two recommendations from professors who previously taught the student is a distinctive condition.

For the Executive Master Program in Safety Engineering and Fire Protection
  • The applicant must have a scientific or technical bachelor's degree from a Saudi university or a recognized international university, with an equivalency certificate from the Ministry of Education attached.
  • The applicant must have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or other engineering or architectural specializations.
  • The student's grade in the bachelor's stage must not be less than good.
  • The applicant must obtain a score of (STEP 67) or its equivalent.
