On Thursday 01/26/2023, the Quality Assurance Department held an introductory meeting for college students about quality, its importance and their role in raising its levels, with the participation of 25 high-level students from the College of Humanities and Administrative Studies, in the Training and Development Hall.
His Excellency, Director of the Quality Assurance Department, Dr. Bandar Al-Mutairi, welcomed the students, and introduced the students to the concept of quality, its importance to students in college programs, and the student's role in quality processes, the most important of which is his interaction with opinion polls and periodic questionnaires. His Excellency the Director of the Quality Assurance Department presented several examples of the impact of student questionnaires on continuous improvement processes, and how academic programs benefit from them through the adoption of operational plans in the programs on the opinions and proposals contained in the questionnaires in order to improve all aspects of the educational process.
This meeting is part of a continuous and periodic series of workshops and meetings aimed at spreading the culture of quality and accreditation among college students of both genders, according to the operational plan of the Quality Assurance Department.
