On Tuesday 03/05/2023, the Quality Assurance Department held a workshop to develop operational plans for the academic programs in the faculties. The workshop was attended by those responsible for the operational plans in the academic programmes. His Excellency the Director of the Quality Assurance Department reviewed the model of the updated operational plan in the colleges according to the developed quality system. Among the most important points that can be focused on when developing operational plans for programs are:
- The vision and mission of the updated program after its arbitration.
- Linking the mission and goals of the program with the mission and goals of the college.
- Linking the objectives of the updated programs with appropriate performance indicators and targets.
