On Wednesday 2025/02/12, the College of Humanities and Administrative Studies held a meeting to launch the procedural guide for complaints and grievances in the college in cooperation with the Development Administration. This was attended by His Excellency the Dean of the College, Dr. Bandar Al-Humaidi Al-Mutairi, His Excellency the Vice Dean of the College, Dr. Saer Abdullah Al-Haisuni, and Her Excellency the Assistant Chairperson of the Board of Trustees for the Female Students Section, Ms. Munira Al-Saleem, and a number of faculty members from both sections.
The meeting was opened by His Excellency the Dean of the College, Dr. Bandar Al-Mutairi; stressing the importance of achieving the mission of Onaizah Colleges and the related requirements for institutional accreditation. Then, Her Excellency Dr. Ibtisam Al-Jaid, The Head of the Complaints and Grievances Committee in the College of Humanities and Administrative Studies, gave a brief presentation on the tasks and duties of the committee and the requirements for submitting a complaint or grievance, and the mechanism for communicating with the Complaints and Grievances Committee. The Complaints and Grievances Guide was also reviewed. The meeting concluded with the interventions of the honorable attendees and answering their questions.
