The mechanism for communicating with the concerned parties inside and outside the college when submitting a complaint or grievance to the Complaints and Grievances Committee, follow the following steps:

  1. Fill out the complaint or grievance submission form according to the type of complaint (Forms Page).

  2. Attach/send all evidence supporting the complaint or grievance to the email of the Complaints and Grievances Committee has.CGC@oc.edu.sa.

  3. To follow up on the status of the complaint or grievance after it has been submitted, you will be contacted via email to the Complaints and Grievances Committee has.CGC@oc.edu.sa.
