College of Humanities and Administrative Studies Complaints & Grievances Committee Procedural Guide Activities Mechanism for Communicating with the Parties Concerned with Complaints and Grievances Forms Staff

The mechanism for communicating with the concerned parties inside and outside the college when submitting a complaint or grievance to the Complaints and Grievances Committee, follow the following steps:

  1. Fill out the complaint or grievance submission form according to the type of complaint (Forms Page).

  2. Attach/send all evidence supporting the complaint or grievance to the email of the Complaints and Grievances Committee has.CGC@oc.edu.sa.

  3. To follow up on the status of the complaint or grievance after it has been submitted, you will be contacted via email to the Complaints and Grievances Committee has.CGC@oc.edu.sa.
