Reviewing various documents and contracts and providing legal opinions on the decisions and recommendations related thereto.

Examining the regulations, bylaws, agreements, and contracts entered into by the colleges with external parties to ensure their compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing legal opinions as necessary.

Participating, upon request, in disciplinary investigation committees involving the colleges’ staff members.

Organizing and maintaining the department’s documents and records in a manner that ensures easy retrieval and effective utilization.

Preparing and submitting periodic performance reports to the Chairman of the Board of Trustees.
