Within the framework of Onaizah Private Colleges’ endeavor to implement governance in all its work and dealings in accordance with the concept of modern management and reflecting the directions and vision of the Kingdom 2030. In light of the colleges’ interest in finding an organizational framework to follow up on the work of councils and committees, the colleges have created within their organizational structure a department for councils and committees administratively affiliated to the general supervisor, supervised by Consultants with administrative and legal experience. The management of councils and committees is concerned with the governance of the work of councils and committees in colleges, and follow-up, evaluation and control of their performance through various means, including organizing and scheduling meetings of councils and committees at all organizational levels, following up on the implementation of their recommendations and decisions, and after ensuring their compliance with the regulations and regulations approved by the Ministry of Education, as well as their role in the work of paper and electronic archiving for all Minutes of meetings and decisions issued as an information base and reference when needed.
Tasks:
The management of councils and committees seeks to follow up on the convening of councils according to the dates specified in the academic calendar in the colleges, to organize the work of councils and committees, to prepare their agendas, to document their minutes and recommendations, to follow up on the implementation of their recommendations and decisions, and to carry out all the work of the council in a way that serves its objectives. The management also monitors the follow-up of the convening of councils of committees, departments, advisory councils and permanent committees on the dates specified according to the academic calendar in the colleges approved by the chairmen of the councils and committees in the colleges.
