Administration of Councils and Committees
In line with the efforts of Onaizah Colleges to implement governance across all its operations and interactions, in accordance with the principles of modern management and in reflection of the aspirations and vision of Saudi Vision 2030, the Colleges have established an Administration of Councils and Committees within their organizational structure. This administration reports directly to the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and is supervised by advisors with extensive administrative and legal expertise. The Administration of Councils and Committees is primarily responsible for governing, monitoring, evaluating, and regulating the performance of all councils and committees within the Colleges through various mechanisms. These include organizing and scheduling meetings at all organizational levels, ensuring the implementation of their recommendations and resolutions in compliance with the regulations and bylaws approved by the Ministry of Education, and maintaining both paper and electronic archiving of all meeting minutes and resolutions as a comprehensive information database and reference when needed.

Tasks
The Administration of Councils and Committees strives to ensure that councils convene according to the approved dates set by the authorized bodies and aligned with the Colleges’ academic calendar. It is responsible for organizing the work of the councils and committees, preparing meeting agendas, documenting minutes and recommendations, and following up on the implementation of decisions and recommendations. The Administration also oversees all procedural aspects of meetings to ensure they serve their intended objectives. Moreover, the Administration monitors the regular convening of college councils, department councils, student advisory councils, program advisory councils, and standing committees, in accordance with the schedules approved by the authorized entities.
