Legal Advisor
Mission
Providing legal advice to the colleges’ departments, centers, and units.
Tasks
- Reviewing various documents and contracts and providing legal opinions on the decisions and recommendations related thereto.
- Examining the regulations, bylaws, agreements, and contracts entered into by the colleges with external parties to ensure their compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing legal opinions as necessary.
- Participating, upon request, in disciplinary investigation committees involving the colleges’ staff members.
- Organizing and maintaining the department’s documents and records in a manner that ensures easy retrieval and effective utilization.
- Preparing and submitting periodic performance reports to the Chairman of the Board of Trustees.
