Its responsibilities are directly linked to facilitating and organizing the academic process, ensuring the efficient implementation of study plans in accordance with the approved system.

Responsibilities
Developing the administration’s operational plan in alignment with the colleges strategic plan.
Supervising the preparation of course schedules in coordination with academic departments at both colleges to ensure compliance with academic requirements.
Monitoring schedule modifications and ensuring their implementation according to approved procedures.
Verifying that the number of students in each section aligns with its capacity.
Preparing the annual report on the operational plan, including an analysis of strengths and weaknesses, as well as development proposals, and submitting it to the Assistant Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Planning and Quality.
