Onaizah Colleges seek to achieve the highest levels of satisfaction for its members, including faculty members, administrative employees, students and those in their position; by adopting the principle of justice and fairness, by providing the right to grievance and submit a complaint to all its members, based on the colleges’ belief in the essential and effective role of faculty members, employees and students in the educational process system. The colleges have been keen to reach the highest levels of their satisfaction; in order to achieve the principles of quality, which aim to increase the quality of services provided to service recipients.

Objectives
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive complaints and grievances system that ensures transparency and justice for all college members.

  2. Provide effective communication channels that enable members to express their opinions and submit their grievances regarding institutional decisions and procedures.

  3. Ensure the implementation of regulatory rules and procedures related to the rights of grievances and complaints for all college members and raise awareness of them.

  4. Support the creation of a harmonious university environment based on the principles of justice, clarity and transparency in dealing with complaints and grievances.

Tasks
  1. Preparing and implementing specific procedures mechanisms to receive, process and escalate complaints from students, faculty members and employees at the college, in coordination with the relevant units in the college/colleges.

  2. Raising awareness of beneficiaries of these mechanisms by preparing and publishing the procedural guide and holding periodic introductory workshops.

  3. Follow up and evaluate the effectiveness of complaints and grievances mechanisms and procedures and update them periodically.

  4. Direct coordination with other relevant units and parties inside and outside the college to ensure a rapid and effective response to complaints.

  5. Submit a (quarterly) report to the Dean of the College on the committee's completed tasks and its overall performance.

  6. The committee is administratively linked directly to the Dean of the College, and the committee is not procedurally linked to any party in order to ensure its objectivity and neutrality.
