The Administration of Performance Evaluation was established at Onaizah Colleges. It is an Administration that specializes in determining performance evaluation policies and mechanisms in colleges by measuring performance indicators, conducting benchmarking, designing and reviewing electronic questionnaires, analyzing data and reports, and spreading the culture of performance evaluation in the college community, in addition to creating databases and information to support decision-making in the areas of quality, accreditation, measurement and evaluation, and conducting studies and surveys related to institutional development and quality of education. The colleges were keen to establish this administration to contribute to monitoring the reality of academic and administrative performance in colleges, and analyzing this reality in a scientific and realistic manner, and then providing the necessary information in light of which appropriate decisions are made, as well as to achieve quality standards in all aspects of the educational process and in line with its aspirations to achieve the goals of its strategic plan, which included among its projects and executive programs the establishment of an internal system for follow-up and review and its implementation, increasing the effectiveness of curricula and programs, and ensuring that they meet the required professional and scientific standards, and meet the expectations of the parties concerned, in addition to activating the internal and external evaluation system for courses, plans and study programs. This administration is also responsible for taking care of performance evaluation activities in colleges, following up on results, and providing recommendations based on these results. The administration also disseminates the culture of performance evaluation among college staff and students, urging them to practice it, and raising their awareness of the benefits to the educational process resulting from participation in evaluation processes.
Tasks:
Developing the administration's operational plan in line with the strategic plan.
Ensuring that college staff are familiar with their job description.
Continuously monitoring the performance of college administrations and units.
Follow up on improvement plans for the performance of college administrations and sections and address them effectively.
Preparing institutional reports that include analysis of the results of periodic opinion polls and unified performance indicators for academic programs in colleges for the purposes of continuous improvement.
Providing support to academic and administrative units within colleges in designing performance indicators and measurement tools for their operational plans.
Identify training needs for quality assurance and academic accreditation.
Spreading the culture of performance measurement and management.
Preparing the annual report of the operational plan, including weaknesses, strengths, improvements, and necessary recommendations, and submitting it to the Assistant General Supervisor for Planning and Quality.
